You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions under your account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate.
By uploading a video, you confirm that you own the rights to this content and allow Smart World Travel to show it to other users in the feed. Videos must be no longer than 1 minute and no larger than 500 MB.
It is forbidden to upload: content that infringes copyright; illegal, offensive, misleading, or spam content; videos unrelated to travel (all videos must be about travel and countries). Such videos and accounts may be removed without warning.
Chat: messages are visible to all users. Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, advertising, spam and links are forbidden. Any user can report a message or block its author; reported messages are reviewed and removed, and violators may lose the right to write in the chat or their account.
The eSIM and "Hotels" sections contain affiliate (referral) links. Smart World Travel may earn a commission from clicks or purchases made through these links — this does not affect the price for you.
Region packs are digital services that are activated immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access and confirm that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. A refund is only possible in case of a technical error on our side (e.g. a duplicate charge or access not granted).
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for the services of third-party partners. Prices, availability of tours/hotels/eSIM, and itineraries (including those generated by the AI planner) are shown for reference only and may change — the terms confirmed on the partner's own website at the time of booking apply.
We may update these terms. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you agree to the new version.
